| 摘要 | The invention discloses a construction method of a vertical shaft starting device for top-down pipe-jacking construction in a shield tunnel. According to the method, a pipe jacking machine and a matched trolley are transported to a vertical shaft construction position, an initial position is adjusted, a pipe piece supporting system is adjusted to a working position, a tunnel guide rail at the bottom of equipment is dismounted, a recyclable pipe jacking main machine is made to descend to the contact position capable of directly cutting a composite pipe piece through a crane, a starting steel sleeve is welded, the space between shield tail brushes is filled with grease, and a pipe jacking piece is hoisted to the construction position every time the pipe jacking machine tunnels to a certain position. By means of a matched trolley system and a crane pipe jacking supporting and jacking system, equipment can be integrally conveyed into a main tunnel or conveyed from the main tunnel, mountingand dismounting are convenient, and the construction time can be greatly saved; pipe jacking equipment can be flexibly conveyed to the designated position of the tunnel, and the pipe jacking pipe piece is pushed to the designated depth from top to bottom; and the shield tunnel pipe piece structure around the vertical shaft construction position can be effectively protected in the pipe jacking tunneling process. |
