BackgroundRelyingonthetechnologicalexpertiseoforganizationssuchasTsinghuaUniversityandtheChineseAcademyofSciences,wearecommittedtotheindustrializationofnewmaterialsandfinechemicals.BeijingLongGreenValleyhassuccessfullydevelopedtheworld-leadingtechnologicalprocesstoproducemono-chlorophthalicanhydride,solvingtherawmaterialsbottle-neckinpolyimideindustrialization.Thesuccessplaysanimportantroleintheadvancedmaterialsimprovementforhumanbeings.BeijingLongGreenValleywasestablishedinSeptember,2010withregisteredcapitalof10millionYuan.Thereare120employeesinthecompany,including13managers,24researchstaffand83workinginthemanufacturingplants.Inadditiontoourcurrentbreakthroughs,thecompanyhasmadeeffortstostrengthenitsR&DbyrecruitingseveralprofessorsfromTsinghuaUniversityandtheChineseAcademyofSciences.Atthesametime,advancedlaboratorieswerebuilttohelpthecompanydevelopinnovativeprocessesfornewproducts.Ourmainproductsinclude3-chlorophthalicanhydrideand4-chlorophthalicanhydride.Ourproductionprocesscanachieveapurityof99.9%for4-chlorophthalicanhydrideand98%for3-chlorophthalicanhydride.Thequalityofourproductsisreliableandquantityisstable,samplesinkilogramscanbeprovidedatanytime.Weareawareofanotherinternationalcompanywhichisalsospecializedin4-chlorophthalicanhydrideproduction,butitcanonlyachieve80%purity,andthecompanycannotproduce3-chlorophthalicanhydride.Comparedtotheirproducts,ourproductswillbeverycompetitivenotonlyinpricebutalsoinpurity.CompanyMilestones2004–Startedtobuildaresearchanddevelopmentteamtodeveloptheprocesstoproducemono-chlorophthalicanhydride;2006–Succeededinthelabverificationandcompletedproductappraisal;2009–Successfullycompletedpilotproductionona500kgscale;Sep.,2010–BeijingLongGreenValleyTechnologyCo.,Ltdwasregisteredandconstructionofthemanufacturingplantswasbegun.Dec.,2010–Succeededinindustrial-scaleproductionverificationandtheindustrialproductionwasstartedfromthenon.
